“As my luck would have it, my A/C quit on the hottest day we have had so far this year. I call HVAC Solutions and the young lady that answered the phone was very professional, very precise, apologetic about my problem of having no air and couldn’t have been more helpful. She told me there was no way she would let me go without air on the hottest day and she would definitely get someone out there that day. She called me back and told me they would be here about 2:00 p.m. The two gentlemen came, gave me the wonderful news that it couldn’t be fixed, it would have to be replaced. The worked so hard in that heat, got the A/C replaced and then discovered something was wrong with the squirrel cage. They worked so hard outside in the heat replacing the unit, then had to work so long in the hot garage with no breeze until the squirrel cage was running. ” AWESOME” is not a strong enough word to describe their service, professionalism, thoughtfulness and kindness. I would recommend this company to any person having trouble with their heat or air. In addition, they had been out previously as I experienced problems with it and it was repaired. The technician told me at the time it might last a day, a week or all summer, but it was an old unit and would eventually have to be replaced. He fixed it and went on his way. Same kind of service and all that day. If you ever experience problems, don’t hesitate for a moment to call these people as you would never find a better company to do business with. I can’t thank them enough for the service I received.

“These guys were AWESEOME!!! Not only was it the week of July 4th, when I had NO hope that we’d get someone to come look at the problem but they came back TWICE. The first time we thought we had it fixed but it turned out to be a little bit worse than we thought. We got a quote from another company (which I’m getting ready to do a bad review on) but these guys took the time to look at EVERYTHING- they even hosed all of the cottonwood seeds off the side of the outdoor unit. I can’t say enough about how great this company was to work with and how reasonable the price was. With the heat and the holiday they could’ve take us for a ride (like the $2,500 quote we got from the other guys) but they charged us such a reasonable price and did great work. Its still running great and I will definitely recommend them to any one in need! They were very knowledgeable, have great hours and were just a joy to work with (at least that’s what my husband and dad said) On a side note, unrelated to the work, my husband was driving in from our farm that’s about 60 miles away and had to pick up a key to get into the house and the guy ran and got himself a coke to give my husband a little extra time instead of running off to another job and making him wait another hour or two. I just can’t say enough good things about this company!”

Mike (the owner) came to do some repairs that we found during the home inspection prior to us buying our house. He was incredibly personable, very professional and very good at his job. He was honest with us, and tried to save us money whenever possible. We signed up for their biannual service plan which cost ~$159/unit and includes spring and fall servicing as well at a 10% discount on any and all repairs that may be needed at any point in time. Mike doesn’t work on an 8-5 schedule, so whenever you call, someone answers the phone, and is willing to help you even if it’s not during “normal business hours.” We will definitely be using them again for all our future HVAC needs. – Angie’s List Review Online
